- 1. Scope of service
- We assist with the recovery of Meta-owned accounts and related assets — Facebook and Instagram profiles, pages, Business Manager and advertising accounts. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
- 2. What we need from you
- Accurate information about the account, proof of ownership where it is required, and timely replies. Cases slow down when we cannot reach you, so please keep an eye on your messages.
- 3. No guaranteed outcome
- Every recovery depends on Meta’s own systems and decisions. We will always tell you honestly whether a case looks recoverable and when it is not, rather than take on work we cannot finish.
- 4. Confidentiality
- Anything you share with us — identity documents, screenshots, account history — is used only to work your case. We do not pass it to third parties and we do not publish client details.
- 5. Your responsibility
- You must be the rightful owner of the account, or authorised to act on behalf of its owner. We refuse any case that involves taking over an account that is not yours.
- 6. Fees
- Where a fee applies, the amount and exactly what it covers are agreed with you in writing before any work starts. There are no hidden charges added later.
- 7. Deal protection
- Where a case is handled through a verified middleman, the recovery sum is held in escrow by that middleman and released only once the account is back in your hands. The middleman fee is covered by us, not by you.
- 8. Liability
- Our responsibility is to work your case with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for losses arising from Meta’s decisions, review delays or restrictions placed on an account by Meta.

- We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here always applies. Any questions about them can be sent to us on Telegram.
