Trust and safety

Privacy policy.

In short

What we collect when you open a case, why we need it, who can see it, and how to have it removed. Plain language, no small print.

Your information

How we handle it.

1. Who we are
Meta Access Management is an independent account recovery service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. This policy explains what happens to the information you share with us.
2. What we collect
When you open a case we ask for your name and how to reach you, the handles or identifiers of the account being recovered, and a description of what happened. Where proof of ownership is required, we may also ask for identity documents such as a passport or driving licence.
3. Why we use it
Only to assess your case, work it and keep a record of what was agreed with you — the fee, exactly what it covers and how your case is progressing.
4. Who can see it
The people working your case, and no one else. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we never share one client’s details with another. Providers we rely on for hosting or messaging are bound by confidentiality, and we disclose information only where the law requires it.
5. What we never ask for
We never ask for your password, and we never ask for a login code you have just received. Anyone who does is impersonating us — our impostors guide shows how to check.
6. Payments
Payments are made in cryptocurrency to an address we give you in a direct conversation. Never send funds to an address you were given anywhere else. On-chain transfers are recorded publicly by the network itself, which is outside our control.
7. How long we keep it
While your case is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer follow-ups and meet legal obligations. After that it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
8. Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Message us on Telegram and we will action it.
9. This website
We keep simple, aggregate visitor counts to understand which pages are useful. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not follow you across other websites.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the version published here always applies. Where a change meaningfully affects how we handle your information, we will tell you the next time we speak.
